Rotating oil brush RSM 80

Rotating brush with nylon PA6 bristles, which can be used up to a working temperature of +100°C. At higher temperatures, V2A stainless steel brushes are used (up to approx. 300°C). The corrugation of the bristles in relation to their length was determined in a series of tests to achieve the optimal ratio between storage capacity (sponge effect) and shape retention, thereby avoiding smearing. Used for roller lubrication of chains, conveyor belts, slides, wire etc. Also used as a cleaning brush on heavily soiled chains.
