KABI Mobile Oil Skimmer with separator 30 mm. for cooling lubricant

Professional oil skimmer developed in Denmark by KABI A/S. An effective oil skimmer for removing trapped oil, leaking oil, surface oil etc. from the surface of the cooling lubricant in CNC / machine tools. The built-in separation chamber separates the surface oil from the remains of the cooling lubricant, so that the cooling lubricant flows back to the sump and the surface oil is drained off for destruction. This gives a longer service life for the cooling lubricant. Surface oil should always be removed – not only to extend the life of your cooling lubricant, but also to create optimal working conditions, longer service life and minimization of the risk of the development of bacteria and fungi, for a generally better working environment. Elegant design in cast aluminum and stainless steel with a strong magnetic foot which makes it easy to mount/dismount. 24V / 6W motor. Power supply 230V AC 50Hz. When in use, the liquid temperature in the sump should not exceed +50°C. Outlet/scraper tube Ø 25 mm.
